CATBOTICA x HYUNDAI ALLIANCE
CATBOTICA and Hyundai have allied to exhibit CATBOTICA’s NFT art in Hyundai’s Busan department store - The Hyundai Busan! The art exhibition runs from April 20th, 2022, to May 1st, 2022, and features art from all over the world and an NFT Zone where CATBOTICA’s art will be on display.
Hyundai is a reputable brand in South Korea. Founded in 1947, Hyundai is a multinational conglomerate most known for its car production. Hyundai is more than a car brand, it’s an engineering and construction corporation that supplies products ranging from ships to stereo equipment. Hyundai also owns a chain of popular retail stores in South Korea called Hyundai Department Stores. Its presence in Korea can be likened to brands in the US like Tesla that have large campuses and encapsulate particular work-life cultures.

NANOCAT NFT DROP AND UTILITY UPDATES
According to the updated roadmap, the team stated that Nanocat NV1 NFTs are dropping “soon” or early Quarter Two. CEO and Co-founder Jin Kim noted that the team is close to completing all technical logistics of the drop with partner Blockchain Foundry. The CATBOTICA team is adamant about releasing NV1s in a safe, efficient, and enjoyable way for Catbot holders.
The team clarified further the Nanocat NV1 NFT utility with a new infographic. Kim stated, “People are geared differently in their learning abilities. So, we put together a graphic for everyone instead of just explaining as we have been.”
The above infographic gives further visual education about how holders can best use their NV1s. 12,000 NV1s are scheduled for release to Catbot holders only, and an additional 500 NV1s are scheduled for the team’s discretionary giveaway store. 3D ASSET SNEAK PEEK
The team's 2D to 3D NFT asset transformation is almost complete. Founder and VFX master Will Chang showed off a collection of ears this week, and the details do not disappoint. Will showcased gold, silver, pink, radar, and speaker ears, paying particular attention to each ear's reflection and ware details. He used different lighting scenarios to display better various details the team incorporated into each ear. Check out the OpenSea collection and filter based on ears to see their 2D version and compare with the detailed 3D version the CATBOTICA VFX team showcased this week.
Each element was hand-drawn in 2D form, and hand-detailed in 3D form. Founder and Catbot originator Darren Rawls Rawlings commented that all Catbots are created with love, and Co-founder Rene Pardo @ArcFather, quipped that Catbots are "mouse-made."
UPCOMING IRL EVENTS
If you didn't catch it in the Catbot Cafe The CATBOTICA founding team has a vested interest in attending and creating IRL events. Most recently, CATBOTICA Korea held a 150-person event at the CGV Theater in Seoul, Korea, a free event for holders that included 10+ giveaways. Coming up, the team has more events you won't want to miss. CATBOTICA Korea has a cruise planned on the Han River and a Family Month Exhibition for holders.
The team wants to tap the sleeping market of Toronto NFTers and start IRL events for them in Toronto with BAYC Canada Discord manager @NFTPrince. CATBOTICA is partnering with Sovren Ventures for a two-day meetup in NYC at Bright Moments gallery, where BAYC launched its collection. Other IRL events include NFT NYC and Permissionless in Florida.

The CATBOTICA team is here for the long haul. It is focused on organic marketing and community growth and wants to educate anyone interested in entering and successfully navigating the NFT space. With its success, the tight-knit founding team it developed, and the strong community supporting this project, the CATBOTICA team has become a natural advocate for NFT venturing.
In closing comments, Co-founder Rene Pardo painted a picture of the advantages of joining the NFT space. He highlighted the team's meeting with @NFTPrince and the benefits he gained from being an entrepreneur in NFTs. Pardo stated the following:
We met with @NFTPrince in Toronto, and he represented to me what the whole community really is all about. Thanks to the NFT space, he's become financially independent, he's been able to send money first parents buy a house for them. This whole space has enabled people who are entrepreneurs, as they are in this family here. It's enabled them to have freedom from traditional jobs… How can we educate them about how to handle startups, what to look for in partners? What makes a successful team with aligned values? We're always discussing within our teams, how we can help others achieve those goals.
